Terms of Service Welcome to Vibak Concierge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or utilizing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services. #### 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or engaging in any of our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms of service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. #### 2. Services Provided Vibak Concierge offers bespoke concierge and luxury personal shopper services aimed at enhancing your lifestyle and convenience. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering premium solutions tailored to meet your unique desires, ensuring the highest standard of service. #### 3. User Responsibilities You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with applicable local laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our services. #### 4. Payment Terms Our services are subject to fees outlined at the time of service engagement. All payments must be made in accordance with the specific terms provided, unless agreed upon otherwise. We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, ensuring a seamless transaction process for your convenience. #### 5. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. Should you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made in accordance with our policy may be eligible for a refund where applicable. #### 6. Limitation of Liability While we strive for excellence, Vibak Concierge cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. #### 7. Hire-a-Friend Service:-Professional Companionship Only. Vibak Concierge provides platonic, professional companionship. We do not offer dating, escorting, or romantic services. Advance Booking Required. Minimum 48 hours’ notice. Same-day bookings may be rejected or subject to a £100 express fee.
Payment Terms. 50% deposit required upon confirmation
Remainder due 24 hours before event. Paid via Stripe or invoice (with VAT where applicable). 
Cancellations & Refunds:- 72 hrs: Full refund (less £50 admin fee). 48–72 hrs: 50% refund. <48 hrs: No refund.
Client Conduct - Our companions must be treated with respect. Aggressive, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Photos & Privacy - No images or recordings may be made without consent. NDAs available on request.
Travel & Mileage. Charged from our London HQ. £1.20 per mile or cost of rail/Uber/taxi fare.
Safety & Substitution - If a friend falls ill or is unable to attend, we will offer a vetted replacement or full refund. 
Governing Law - All services are governed under the laws of England & Wales. ###8.Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms of Service ensure a mutual understanding between us and those who entrust us with their bespoke lifestyle enhancements. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Vibak Concierge Services

At Vibak Concierge, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised services with care and precision. Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, the following policy applies to all bookings and purchases.

 
🔄 Cancellations
Standard Services (e.g. errands, school runs, personal shopping):
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge.

48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit (minus £25 admin fee)
24–48 hours notice: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
Hire-a-Friend Bookings (e.g. events, weddings, travel companionship):

72+ hours notice: Full refund (minus £50 admin fee)
48–72 hours notice: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours notice: No refund
Same-day cancellations or “no shows” will be charged in full.
 
💳 Deposits & Pre-Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Final balances must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to service delivery.
For bookings under £200, full payment is required at the time of booking.
 
📦 Refunds for Goods / Personal Shopping
Due to the personalised nature of luxury procurement:

All luxury item purchases are non-refundable once sourced or purchased on your behalf.
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf, where applicable.
 
🚨 Emergency or Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made within 24 hours of service time are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

 
⚖️ Client Conduct & Disruption Clause
If a client or event environment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of our terms, Vibak Concierge reserves the right to withdraw services without refund.

 
📧 Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
Please email [email protected] with your booking reference and cancellation request. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
